Sweet and Sour Tofu

Cube your super firm tofu and cut your veggies.

Add the arrowroot powder, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, ginger powder, and salt to a bag

Seal it, then shake it all around for a minute to coat the tofu in the mixture.

Start sautéing your onions, bell peppers and pineapple in a nonstick pot.
