Vegan Biryani (Plus Vegan Raita Recipe!)

We made an ultra delicious biryani with a cool raita - cruelty free!

Gather your veggies and spices and start cooking your rice.

Cook you veggies in a saucepan.

Drain all the water off the rice and spread it in an even layer over the vegetable mixture in the pot.

As the biryani finishes, prepare your riata ingredients.

Mix together the vegan yogurt, salt, cumin powder, and lemon juice until well combined.

Add in the onion, cucumber, chilies (if using), and fresh herbs and stir gently.

Serve and Enjoy!
