Description

Pumpkin Pie Milkshake is a sweet treat perfect for the fall season, with pumpkin pie spice and some graham crackers crumbled on top.


Ingredients

Ice Cream Verison

  • 2 cups Plant-Based Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 3/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup, or To Taste, Optional
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Vegan Whipped Cream, Optional
  • 1 Sheet of Graham Crackers, Crumbled

Frozen Banana Version

  • 1 Medium to Large Frozen Banana
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 3/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Tablespoons Maple Syrup, or To Taste, Optional
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Add the Ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend for about 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Serve: Pour into a glass and add toppings!

Notes

  • Note 1: For toppings, in addition to the graham cracker crumbs and vegan whipped cream, you could add chocolate chips, or some speculoos cookies. Some chocolate sauce would be also great!
  • Note 2: When freezing the bananas, peel and then slice our bananas into rounds. Then we place them in a freezer safe bag. For even better results, you can freeze them on tray in a single layer and then store them. It helps keep them from sticking together.
