Pumpkin Pie Milkshake is a sweet treat perfect for the fall season, with pumpkin pie spice and some graham crackers crumbled on top.

Ice Cream Verison
- 2 cups Plant-Based Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 3/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup, or To Taste, Optional
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Vegan Whipped Cream, Optional
- 1 Sheet of Graham Crackers, Crumbled
Frozen Banana Version
- 1 Medium to Large Frozen Banana
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 3/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Tablespoons Maple Syrup, or To Taste, Optional
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 3/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Add the Ingredients to a blender.
- Blend for about 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth.
- Serve: Pour into a glass and add toppings!
Notes
- Note 1: For toppings, in addition to the graham cracker crumbs and vegan whipped cream, you could add chocolate chips, or some speculoos cookies. Some chocolate sauce would be also great!
- Note 2: When freezing the bananas, peel and then slice our bananas into rounds. Then we place them in a freezer safe bag. For even better results, you can freeze them on tray in a single layer and then store them. It helps keep them from sticking together.
