This rich, tangy, Vegan Lemon Miso Tahini Dressing is AMAZING and a great sauce for virtually any dish. Use it to top pasta, salads, Buddha Bowls, and more! It is a versatile sauce you'll want to make every week -- luckily it takes less than 5 minutes to make!


  • 1.5 tbsp chickpea miso or regular yellow/white miso (if not avoiding soy)
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp spicy mustard (or any mustard)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Water to thin


  1. Mix all ingredients except water. 
  2. Add warm or hot water to thin until desired consistency. 
  3. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to one week.
