This rich, tangy, Vegan Lemon Miso Tahini Dressing is AMAZING and a great sauce for virtually any dish. Use it to top pasta, salads, Buddha Bowls, and more! It is a versatile sauce you'll want to make every week -- luckily it takes less than 5 minutes to make!

- 1.5 tbsp chickpea miso or regular yellow/white miso (if not avoiding soy)
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp spicy mustard (or any mustard)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Water to thin
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except water.
- Add warm or hot water to thin until desired consistency.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container up to one week.
