Delicious Vegan Parmesan Cheese topping without nuts, oil, gluten, soy, or sugar! You'll want to put this cheese on everything--luckily it's super easy and inexpensive to make!
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds (see note 1)
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
Measure out your ingredients and put them in a jar or container with a lid, and stir or shake it up until well combined.
Taste and adjust quantities as needed.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two weeks… if you can make it last. We always polish it off pretty quickly!
