This Coffee Milkshake is a super special treat for coffee lovers. With a little cold brew coffee, you'll have a fun way to perk yourself up.

- 0.75-1 cup Coconut Ice Cream
- 0.5 cup of Ice
- 0.5 cup Cold Brew Coffee
- 1-3 tsp Maple Syrup
- Toppings, like chocolate syrup and whipped cream, optional
Instructions
- Add to Blender: Add your cold brew coffee, ice cubes, coconut ice cream and maple syrup to a high speed blender.
- Blend: Blend the ingredients for about 20 to 30 seconds. To alter the consistency, add more ice cream for thicker and a little bit of non-dairy milk or water for thinner.
- Chocolate Swirl, Optional: Take your glass in one hand and your chocolate syrup in another. Tilt the cup on an angle and then rotate it as you pour the syrup in.
- Serve: Add the blended shake to your glass and then add any toppings you want!
Notes
- Note 1: This chocolate syrup is great for the milkshake. You could also incorporate a little cocoa powder into the mix for a hint of chocolate flavor. You can also add some whipped cream to the top of your milkshake.
